“February” sweeps...in March

Due to the DTV (Digital TV Transition) this year, the well-known February sweep are taking place in March. And if they are truly useful...FOX is having a good deal. Yesterday, introducing a new and last stage for the season, won the night easily (improving last Tuesday's results by 0.3 rating points in the 18-49 demo even though it fell 4.64 million viewers and 16 percent in the demo compared to last year results. It's amazing but....even though we are in the sweeps, almost all the networks aired repeats. Why the hell was that??
